B3tika (bundles.b3tika.net) is an online betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between b3tika and its members. Eligibility Criteria

• Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts using the same name, address, email, phone number, or device are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must be eligible to participate in online betting under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

KYC Verification

B3tika verifies the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address. Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC is completed.

Account Security

Important Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from your own registered mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be cancelled.
• If your deposit is not credited, please contact support with your transaction ID.
• B3tika does not charge any deposit fees — however, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals on b3tika are simple and fast. Requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals must always be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. Different limits apply for VIP members.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

In some cases, withdrawals may take longer than usual — for example, your first large withdrawal, an ongoing account verification process, or a technical issue with the banking system. In these situations, the support team will proactively keep you informed.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

Bet Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a "Bet Accepted" message. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original stake will be returned.

Odds Changes

Odds change in real time during live betting. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is placed are final. b3tika reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a server-side error.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• A bet may be voided if a match is delayed by more than 12 hours from its scheduled start time.
• In cricket, results determined by the DLS method due to rain or bad light will be considered valid.

B3tika is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per person.
• Fraud: Operating an account using false information, forged documents, or fraudulent methods.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus arbitrage, bonus hunting, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
• Automated Bots: Using software bots or scripts for betting or any other activity on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for unlawful financial transactions.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of any event outcome.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

B3tika reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is found.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@b3tika.net. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.

Self-Exclusion

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or server downtime.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.

• Data loss due to an unexpected technical failure.
• For financial losses from betting — betting is an inherently risky activity.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must be submitted to support@b3tika.net within 30 days of the incident. The b3tika support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management, and b3tika's final decision shall be binding.
